Useful messages include a page address and what looks wrong. If a date or offset differs from an official announcement, a link to that announcement helps. Messages are read by Blake Patterson; there is no phone line.

The site only republishes what the tz database records. Errors in the database itself are best reported to its maintainers through the mailing list listed at iana.org/time-zones; the site picks up their fixes when it is rebuilt from a new release.
